Tasting notes: Bright, fresh and full of floral aromas, ripe white peach and zesty citrus. Light and crisp with a hint of tropical fruit and a refreshing finish. Easy to enjoy on its own as an aperitif or with food. 

Food pairing: Grilled meaty fish like sea bass, salmon, monkfish or roast chicken. Also a great with Thai food, gently spiced curries and empanadas.
