We reserve the right to amend these Conditions of Use from time to time without notice and at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates, which shall come into effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which we reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion, features, or content of the Site at any time. We also may impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of or the entire Site without notice or liability. By visiting our Site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

The Site is intended for your use only if you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence and in the country from which you are accessing the Site. If you do not fall within this category, you may be in breach of laws or regulations applicable in your country of residence or access, and you should leave the Site immediately.

The Site is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. You may restrict access to this site using content filtering software or by changing your computer settings (e.g. browser or operating system), as appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices quoted are in Great British Pound Sterling. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Products or services are subject to stock remaining on hand and prices are subject to continual change and revision due to duty, foreign exchange and market fluctuations. The prices shown are VAT inclusive per bottle (and shipping fees) unless otherwise indicated. Goods supplied remain our property until payment has been received. Please check prices at time of order. Alcohol levels are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing, however they can vary according to each bottling, distillation or brewing.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

7. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

You may establish an account with a username and password to access and use certain areas of the Site and other services. You may not create an account unless you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence and in the country in which you are accessing the Site.  You shall provide us with accurate account information.  You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account password, and you are responsible for any activity using your account and password. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. It is your sole responsibility to control the dissemination and use of your password, control access to and use of your account, and notify us when you desire to cancel your account. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 8. PAYMENT AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Payment is due at time of order. You can pay by the payment options, including Visa, American Express, and MasterCard, available on the Site or by online bank transfer to Ungrateful Grandkids Ltd bank account, but you must give your order number and name as a reference. For online bank transfer, please contact us via email to diu@delaynomore.co.uk, and note that your order will not be processed until payment is received. 

9. GIFT VOUCHERS AND E-CARDS

e-Gift Cards are redeemable on the Site, our online shop.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ungrateful Grandkids Ltd and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

13. RESTRICTION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any other remaining provisions. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our website. If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Any legal proceeding arising out or relating to these Conditions of Use that is against or relating to us or any indemnified party will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts

19. RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL USE

Ungrateful Grandkids Ltd supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003. All deliveries must be accepted by an adult aged 18 years and over, Ungrateful Grandkids Ltd reserves the right to refuse delivery if the customer is unable to provide valid proof of age. All third party delivery partners also reserve the right to refuse delivery under the same circumstances.
